Allow 3-4 weeks for processing.

*Refund credit valid for 1 open bottle only. Additional opened and/or damaged (non-returnable) bottles will be charged the full rate of $49.95 per non-returnable bottle.

After returning the bottles allow 3-4 weeks for your refund to be processed. All returns will be charged S&H and a $9 restocking fee per unopened bottle. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to HoodiaXR.com and all costs associated with shipping.

Only one refund valid per household. HoodiaXR reserves the right to refuse or reject any returns and deny any and all refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity or for any other reason deemed appropriate by HoodiaXRcom. Refund offer only valid to continental U.S. residents. Return requests that do not completely comply with the HoodiaXR Return Policy will be rejected. Rejected items will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

HoodiaXR.com is not responsible for items that may be lost, damaged or returned or any other reason the package may not arrive at our office in a timely manner. We recommend tracking the shipment and not requiring signature.
