We currently only ship to the U.S.
Your Hoodia XR will be shipped via FedEx and you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to always know where your package is and when to expect it. Shipping time is around 7-10 business days. Packages cannot be delivered on Saturdays.
A FedEx tracking number will be sent to you from FedEx when your package is in transit. You can track your package at: www.fedex.com/us. Your order number is not your tracking number. You will receive your tracking number within 72 business hours of ordering.
A tracking number will be emailed to you via FedEx when your package is in transit. Excluding holidays and weekends you should receive a tracking number within 72 business hours of ordering (usually faster).
Changes / cancellations must be requested prior to shipment. Changes made to your order cannot be guaranteed. Contact customer care with a trouble ticket and let them know your request. Packages are constantly going out. Often times the original order is out before the change request is received. Customer's are responsible for all shipping cost incurred for change requests resulting in multiple packages. Post order modifications will slow the delivery of your package by up to 7 business days. Orders cancellation request made after the order has shipped will be charged shipping and handling to and from said destination.
If your package is shipped before we are of notified of the address correction you will be charged shipping and handling to and from. To avoid paying erroneous shipping charges be sure to verify your shipping address upon ordering.
HoodiaXR is currently only available in the United
States. We are working on expanding our delivery areas,
but as of now we cannot ship outside the U.S. as we
cannot guarantee the arrival of your order.
To our knowledge, customs in various countries are
siezing Hoodia products. Until we can get some more
difinate answers as to what is happening and why we
can only ship to the U.S.
Credit cards issued outside of the country will also
not be accepted in the system. If you are trying to
order from outside the country (or with a card from
out of the U.S.) for delivery into The States you can
send in the mail / fax form
with a Money Order or Cashier's Check in US Dollars.
This is only an option if the package is to be delivered
within the U.S.
Puerto Rico and similar U.S. territories are not included
in the shipping area.
Alaska and Hawaii orders incur an additional $10 shipping
